its cause of you that i cry myself to sleep every night. built to last by melee is such a good song. i love it loads and loads. i can't get over it, the lyrics are so meaningful and comforting. the exchange today is not the best i've experienced, but then again, i haven't been on an exchange before, so i guess this sets a pretty (low) benchmark for future exchanges to come. speaking of low, i think you know what i mean. today we had section brunch, which was quite great! i went to jurong to meet nadia so we could take train to choa chu kang, but then i had direct bus the whole time, and then the train pass by bukit batok, and i had to take bus PAST bukit batok to get to jurong. so lame lah. and then we met izzati on the train! and then we took LRT to bukit panjang. for me and nadia it was the FIRST TIME EVER. so it was super cool. it was like a super slow roller coaster. but it was good experience. we had fun pretend-screaming at the going down parts (ok, maybe it was only me) but then still, everyone was laughing. brunch was way to early, and then we couldn't really eat much, considering that, mindy and izzati still managed to finish their food. and then we takeaway the food (leftovers) for gina. haha, i'm so mean! and then starbucks sastified my caffeine needs, and then we had to take train back to school. and by that time we already kinda knew that we may not make it by 12. and we still had to do the cloth-double-sided-tape-test-tube thing. and then like 5/10 mins after we reached school (on time coz we took a cab to school) our favourite person came. and then we had a one-sided conversation that included lots of one-sided scolding towards the other party. so shit lah. and therefore our warm-up time was cut short by a lot. and i would like to say that i learnt something today (*ahem, cough*) "learning from past mistakes is making progress" or something along those lines. but it was really sad that TK was late coz then we couldn't have our ice-breaker, and then we got another one-sided conversation for clapping. (great, we also learnt that team-spirit, and good-naturedness, and being good sports is a BAD THING). *sigh* - lifes been terrible lately, so i dunno when i'll stop sighing ):
